Booking & Payment Terms

These policies help us reserve equipment, plan delivery routes, and provide dependable service for every event.

Reservation Deposit

A non-refundable deposit and signed agreement are required to reserve equipment and secure your event date.

Remaining Balance

The remaining balance is due at setup before equipment is unloaded, unless other arrangements have been approved in advance.

Accurate Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate event details, including address, surface type, contact information, and setup needs.

Electronic Agreements

Electronic signatures and online agreements carry the same authority as a physical signature.

Delivery, Setup & Access

A smooth setup starts with a clear, safe path and an approved location for the rental equipment.

Setup Included

Rental fees include equipment reservation, delivery, setup, equipment availability during the rental period, and pickup.

Clear Access Path

A clear access path at least 36 inches wide must be available from the delivery vehicle to the setup area.

Sprinklers & Utilities

Please let us know about sprinkler systems, irrigation lines, or underground utilities before setup. Inflatables are secured with ground stakes.

Do Not Move Equipment

Inflatable equipment must not be moved, dragged, repositioned, or relocated after installation. Only Bouncing with Bubbles may move or adjust equipment.

Park Rentals

Park rentals must be approved in advance. Customers are responsible for confirming inflatables are allowed, obtaining required permits, following park rules, and arranging generator power if needed.

Weather & Raincheck Policy

Louisiana weather can change quickly, and safety always comes first.

No Refunds

Refunds are not issued once a reservation is made. Approved cancellations may qualify for a raincheck according to our policy.

Raincheck Window

With 48 hours notice, deposits may be applied to a future rental within 5 months, subject to availability.

After Setup Begins

If cancellation occurs after setup begins, the full rental amount is due because the service has already started.

Severe Weather Safety

Rentals may be canceled or stopped if conditions become unsafe, including lightning, heavy rain, sustained winds over 15 mph, or gusts over 20 mph.

Safety Rules & Supervision

Safe fun is our priority. These rules help protect guests, equipment, and your event.

Adult Supervision Required

An attendant age 18 or older must supervise each inflatable at all times and enforce posted safety rules.

Safe Play Only

Climbing walls or netting, flips, wrestling, overcrowding, and bouncing on slide platforms are not allowed.

Shoes & Sharp Objects

Shoes, jewelry, metal accessories, and sharp objects must be removed before entering inflatable units.

Weather Shutdown

If strong winds, lightning, or unsafe weather develops, participants must exit immediately and use must stop until conditions are safe.
