Equipment & Safety
+ Are your bounce houses clean and sanitized?
Yes! Every inflatable is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each rental so kids can play safely and parents can feel confident in our equipment.
+ Are bounce houses safe for kids?
Absolutely. Our inflatables are commercial-grade units designed for safe play, and every rental is securely installed by our team. We also provide safety guidelines to help ensure everyone has a fun and safe experience.
Booking & Delivery
+ What time will my rental be delivered?
Delivery times vary depending on the day’s schedule, but we guarantee delivery by 11:00 AM and often arrive earlier.
+ What happens if it rains?
If bad weather is expected, we are happy to reschedule your rental with at least 24 hours notice.
+ What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure booking system. If you have any questions about payment, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
+ What areas do you deliver party rentals to?

+ Do you set up the bounce houses and inflatables?
Yes! Our team handles delivery, setup, secure installation, and takedown so you can enjoy your event.
Setup Questions
+ How much space is needed for a bounce house?
Most bounce houses require a flat area several feet larger than the inflatable itself to allow room for the blower, anchoring stakes, and safe entry and exit.
+ Do bounce houses need electricity?
Yes. Bounce houses require a standard household outlet to power the blower that keeps the inflatable inflated during use.
+ Does the rental have to be set up on grass?
No, inflatables do not have to be set up on grass. Grass is preferred because we can secure the inflatable with steel stakes. However, we can also set up on concrete, asphalt, or indoors using heavy-duty sandbags or other approved anchoring methods.
If the setup surface is not grass, please call us before booking so we can confirm the location and prepare the proper equipment for a safe installation.
+ Can I use a water hose on a bounce house?
Some inflatables can be used with water such as water slides or wet combos. Standard bounce houses are typically used dry.
