Yes! All of our inflatables and party rentals are cleaned, sanitized, and inspected before and after every event. Your safety is our top priority.

We guarantee delivery by 11:00 AM on the day of your event. Most deliveries happen earlier, and we’ll send a text the day before with your estimated delivery window.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure booking system. A deposit is required to reserve your date, with the balance due before setup.

We offer flexible weather policies. If storms are expected, you may cancel or reschedule without penalty up to the morning of your scheduled delivery.

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. 

Yes! Our team handles full setup and takedown. You just show us where you want it and we’ll take care of the rest.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.
